Returns

-LimanOnline.com has a return period of 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.

-The costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. We recommend sending the product by registered and/or insured mail. PostNL's rates and conditions apply, an overview of which can be found here. You can of course also return with DPD or DHL (see their website for rates).

-Because shipping is at the risk of the sender, the package must be properly packaged. Please return the goods complete, in the original packaging and undamaged. We will refund the order / product amount you paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt.

-If the buyer cannot return the received product, only partially or in a deteriorated condition, he will have to compensate for the depreciation. The buyer can limit the risk of depreciation if he does not use the goods and omits actions that affect the value of the product.

-For hygienic reasons, the product may NOT have been used.

-We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

RETURN PROCESS STEP-BY-STEP PLAN

For a smooth transaction, it is advisable to follow the steps below.

STEP 1

Please first contact our customer service to let us know that you want to return a product. This can be done via WhatsApp: +31 6 86 15 83 00 or by e-mail: [email protected] 

STEP 2

Please include the order confirmation/invoice with the return/cancellation form in the package that is being returned. Click here for the return/cancellation form.

STEP 3

Pack the goods with the invoice, including all accessories, in a sturdy shipping packaging. Please note that some products are very sensitive. Safe and impact-resistant packaging can prevent damage and loss of value.
